Default BME 102 EVO vs 3W 106

Well lets start out by saying that ive owned 2 BME engines and i am amazed at their power and duribility. Now 3W on the other hand.... I dont know about their 150's or bigger but i do know that the 3W 106 needs some improvement. 1 3W could stand to upgrade the ignition a little and not be soo cheap on that. 2... Anybody that know or has owned a BME knows that they are light and very powerful. Now i belive that 3W could stand to make even their "light case" engines even lighter. But i guess those germans must like heavy things. 3 last but not least i bet anybody in this forum that has a 3W 106 that they wished they would have gone with a BME because i can almost gaurentee you that any BME 102 EVO will out pull any 3W 106.

I'm sorry but I have a very different opinion I don't have experience with the 3w106 but I own a 100 lightweight and my buddy owns a 100QS and they do have a lot more power than the 102's at our field.

I don't even think they are comparable you can compare a 3w with a DA but with BME 102 no way.

I will have to agree with epc we have allot of guys here with the 102 and 105s and I can tell you it isn't even close the 3W 106qs is head and sholders above the BME and customer service is terrible at bme they have to have at least 2 to make it through an IMAC season and we have a pretty short season and as far as power a ZDZ 80 with a canister has more power than 102 or a 105 and that is a fact...
