I have a BME 102 and decided to remove the cowl to add saddle tape to specific areas to reduce some of the vibration and found that I was running on only one ground wire. WIll this cause a problem. I connected the second wire. Will this give me a stronger spark or a more power? Do you really need both ground wires?

Nothing I can think of, or you can connect the ground wire to a drilled and tapped hole in the top fin of the cylinder..As long as it doesn't disconnect somehow....If you use a lug on the end of the wire it's better to crimp it, a soldered lug sometimes breaks at the joint...

Thanks, after several people recommending this, I guess I will try it!
