I just recently purchase a g62 engine w/o the manual. and the manaul online does not have it. Do anyone know where I can download a copy of this template. And what is the recommended gap on the plug of a g62.

Here is a link.

There is also a manual in PDF format off the same page.

I have a copy of this manual from horizon, but there manual does not have the mounting template in it. I think template only comes with the manual when you purchase the engine.

The drawing on the bottom of the page on the Horizon site is as close to a template as you will get. The dimesions are in inches, but the engine is metric. Even on the Zenoah site, www.zenoah.net there is no template. The manual on their site is exactly what you get when new. The G-62 is easy as the holes are spaced evenly. Just draw your own template off the dimensions.
