electronic pickup position
Hi all
I have a BT-64eis and this the first gas engine that I have owned although i have been modelling for 40 odd years.
In all the pictures that i have seen the sensor unit is mounted on the top position of the crankcase where as mine is mounted below the crankshaft. I note that the parts breakdown pic on page 11 shows it below the shaft.
Can I change it to the top if I rotate the rotor 180 degrees, or will the woodruff key dictate the fitting of the rotor.
Thanks guys
Cheers Geoff

RE: electronic pickup position
Thanks for that info Bill on the sensor position. We do not have a distrubitor for these engines in Australia so I rely on the experience of other users
