Yep. I will probably send mine back and let them check everything out. I just hope this is not an issue that cannot be fixed. I will not enjoy flying a plane that I have to worry about this happening to with no warnig. It they replace the gasket and this happens again, I will not ever trust it again.

Mine had a blow out as well. I have a TOC1 Yak and had 4 passes to figure out I would use my choke to kill it on final. The RPM's had to be everybit of 2,500 or better and the motor would not trim down due to the situation. Put a new one in and Horizon sent me three of them for good measure. It is probably more to due with the material not being beefy enough.
