Gents, thanks very much, the pics make it very clear on how to set up bell cranks.

Looks like you have your G-26 on a Hangar 9 Ultra Stick Lite also. As you can see by my picture it is a little dirty, it flys alot and is a great plane motor setup. From your picture looks like it is new, if you haven't flown it yet your in for a treat.

Hi Flyers!!! Building a GP .60 Stik but with a smaller G20. Did you guys have to reinforce the firewall to accomodate the extra weight and vibration of the gas engines? Thanks.

Yes I reinforced my firewall also. I know a guy that has the same set-up and didn't do anything to his firewall. He hasn't had any problems.
I'll bet that 60 size stick with a G-20 will be a real rocket.

I would also like to reinforce the firewall but because the GP stik is an ARF, it may require major surgery to do so. Any suggestions or does anyone know where I can see pictures on how to reinforce? Another question....when assemling your tank, do you use tygon gas line to connect the brass nipple to the clunk? My experience with tygon is that it gets stiff real quick w/c may hinder clunk movement while in flight, what does most people use? Again, thanks very much, this has been very informative, I appreciate all the info.

To reinforce the firewall you can do it from the outside if you want to pin the firewall. You can do it by using small tack nails or you can drill and then glue in small hardwood dowls.
As for the fuel line I use the clear yellow line, if it is tygon I cannot say but never had any problems.
I'll send a picture of my 60 Ultra Stick firewall that I pined with tack nails, works very well. I'll send it in my next reply" I have to take a picture of it first.

RTK, tell me about putting as servo so close to a gas engine with electronic noise.
Is this not asking for problems on electronic feedback to the receiver?
I'm no expert, but all the literature I have read is; "keep the electronics far away from the gas engine."

I always do a engine on/off range check and the difference has always been less than 10%. To date I have not ever had a problem with feed back or glitches. As long as it range checks you will not have a problem.

All I have is a front shot of the engine, but if you look close, you can see the throttle arm (on the top) and the linkage goes straight back into the firewall.
