billzair,
The largest one I have converted is a 50cc from a model 310.
Go to the Poulan web site and look at the parts list diagram for the saw model you found. If the motor is a separate unit - they convert easily. If the crankcase is part of the saw - it takes a lot more machining and the weight goes up.
The largest one I have found as a separate unit is the 310 which is 50cc.

Actualy the ones with the case you have to trim are generaly lighter because the case is magnesium, lighter and more rigid. To top it off I can make a mount plate for the cut case at 1/3 the weight of the h9 mounts so you save even more weight.
ps my 59cc stihl motor weighs 1/2 lb. lighter than my poulan 46
ready to mount with alot more poop!!

That's very good information - which model# saw is the 59cc in. My Poulan 50cc weighs 3.9lbs total up fly weight (RCIgn conversion). If I can get 10 more cc's for minus 1/2 pound I would be very interested in the used saw market again.
