Default GT-80 Mounting Question

was thinking the best way to mount this engine was as follows:

1/4X20 bolt, metal lock washer...into a blind nut with a nylon locking nut to end it......

sound good to you guys??

Assuming a wooden firewall, it sounds good, but I'd used a fender washer instead of a lock washer.

The GT-80 has a large footprint mount so you don't need anything between the mount and the firewall. I use 1/4" bolts .... small flat washer on the front of the mount under the bolt head, large fender washer behind the firewall and a nylon lock nut. Don't really need any lockwashers. I don't like blind nuts for large gas engines!

Do it like Truckracer said, I pictured it wrong.

Dont just use a flat washer, use the fender washer, it's much larger than a regular washer, get 1" or 1 1/4" washers at HomeDepot.
