Default DA-100 Ignition Battery

Is there any advantage to using higher than 4.8 pack with the DA ignition? They give a range of 4.8 - 6.0 volt. I would imagine that it is regulated to something lower, so it wouldn't matter. Or, does it give a hotter spark? TIA.

Well if the battery starts to get too low on a 6V you will still have over 5.5 volts roughly. If a 4.8 gets to low it might be around 4.4 volts and then the engine dies.

I can't verify that w/ experience b/c I use a 6 volt battery and check it before every flight. But, in theory it might help.
