Default G23 Prop Stud Removal

I have a Zenoah 23 that I need to remove and replace the prop stud. Looking at the parts diagram in the owners manual it appears that the prop stud just screws into the prop hub. I just checked on my engine and was unable to unscrew the prop stud.

Do I need a special tool to do this?

Thanks in advance,

Lawrence

Default Prop Stud

Take out the spark plug, put as much nylon rope into the cylinder as you can get in..Put two nuts on the stud, tighten against each other as tight as you can..Heat the hub slightly to soften the Loctite on the stud, unscrew the stud with a wrench on the nut closest to the engine...Reverse the procedure to replace the stud...
