Default Need help with prop selection

I have two engines that I need help with prop selection.

First is a 2.4 gasser in a scale Chipmunk (not the aerobatic "Super" version) that I want for general sport flying. I was thinking about trying a 20 X 8 APC.

The second engine is an OS 160 on a scratch built sport plane that I want for aerobatics. It weighs about 13 lbs and I was thinking about using an APC 18 X 8 wide blade.

I picked up several props and am just curious what you guys think.

I'd use a 20x10, such as a Menx S, Zinger, TopFlite. Your looking for RPM's in 5500-6500rpm range. Whoose 2.4?

The 18x8 is popular on the OS-160... Might want to start with something a little smaller for break-in.

I'M USING A 20X8 MEZJLIK ON MY FOX 2.4 I AM GETTING 7200 RPM'S PRACTICALLY RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. THESE ENGINES ARE REALLY WORTH LOOKING INTO.
