Call Gerhard at Aircraft International (732) 761-0997. I Have the 3w-80xi CS and had the EXACT same problem with it. He has a fix for it. It involves relocating one of the magnets in the hub. Its inexpensive and it fixed the problem. Tell him your problem and let him explain the fix.

I experience the same problem with my A51 .adjusting the needles did not help .Hot engines create vacuum leaks because metal expands, do a smoke test . Have a smoker blow smoke through the pulse port with the piston closing the exhaust port & note were it comes out then fix the leak mine had a major leak from the front bearings. Good luck.
