Default aerovate 26 problem

I went out today to fire it up for the first time...after flipping and flipping for an hour, no go....I had to back both needles out almost 5 turns and of course it ran rich as heck..Soon as I would try to close them, it would shut off and would'nt restart unless I backed them out again..Took the carb apart to look and sprayed it out with some aerosol carb cleaner..I believe the carb brand is a hilo, definitely not a walbro...Also the reeds were off a little on the block..They werent covering the slots all the way, they were off to one side a little....Ok am I missing something as to why it wont run? Gas is fresh and new, battery is new and good...

If you have an open/non-sealing induction path at the reeds you'll have a heck of a time with running. Contact your engine dealer and get something worked out.

got it going...Not sure if there was dirt in the carb or the reeds not sealing, but it's running great now, thanks.....
