Sta-lube works very good on my Zenoah engines. You can purchase Sta-lube at Balboa Auto (Devonshire and Balboa - Granada Hills).
Or...., cut to the chase and buy Sears Ash-less 2 cycle air cooled engine oil... (not trying to open a can of worms here) but, I've been told by a master auto mechanic, ash-less air cooled engine lubs are pretty much the same. They are most likely manufactured by one of three companies but under a different brand name
That's my 2 cents worth for tonight

Thanks Dennis,
I'm sure you are right about that. The engine I am breaking in would do so probably with any oil. I just want to go with what a higher authority has recommended before I send it in for service or salvage.

Just my 2 cents, but I've used Bel Ray MC-1 for years, with great results. Easy to get from most Harley/Honda dealers. I've tried Amsoil 50-1 in a pinch and it works well too, but I can't find it locally...............

I took many pictures and had a great time. Did you go?
