I am having a Pull-Pull setup problem.
My setup is as follows:
On Servo I have a 3 inch Full Arm. On Rudder I have a 3 1/2 inch threaded Rod. With dubro gear drilled out right at the hinge line. (Same gear you sell in your hardware kit Tom)
Wire is crossed inside the fuse.
Problem 1) The wire is cutting into the fuse at the back of the slot holes. I cut the slots back as far as I dare, but the wire is still rubbing on the back of the slot. Should I not be crossing the wire in the fuse to resolve this.
Problem 2) I am getting slack in the lines when I move the rudder. Appears to be happening more on one side. Perhaps this may clear up if I resolve problem 1.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

And make the distance between the wires at the servo and at the rudder control rod the same. In your case, since the servo arm is probably fixed at 3", make the distance between the wires at the rudder 3" also. This will eliminate the slack problem. Good luck!
