Default Which tires?

I need a new set of 5" tires, what are the lightest ones that will hold up the best, besides the kavans? I have ruled them out due that I do all my flying off asphault. I was looking at the sullivan skylites with the aluminum hubs, but open to any other suggestions.

I like the Dubro light wheels. They are light and durable.
Not sure if they go up to 5", but they probably do.

DuBro makes a 5" wheel/tire for Cubs. They have "CUB" on the hubcap but it can be sanded off and painted. They are very durable and light.

Thanks, dont have room for the balloon type tires in the wheel pants. I know dubro makes some lightweight wheels, so does sullivan skylite, and H9, but checking to see what everyone was using on their 40% planes.

Hey I used the Sullivan Skylites with the plastic hubs on my DR Extra. they weighed just over 4 oz a piece. I thought that was pretty light. I figured they would be a little more durable than the Kavans. So far they have held up great. Wish I could say the same for every other little thing on the plane.

I was looking at the 5" sullivan skylites with the aluminum hub, will probably go with those. Thanks for making it over to the fly in!
