Hi. just got a airwild bellcrank tray for my 35% yak (toc) the tray holds 2 futaba 9152 servos. I did not read up on straight or offset bellcranks , the offset one (that i got) says it's for offset rudder horn setup and/or cable crossing application. So will this be ok and if so how?[&o]

Extra,
Before I can advise on the setup, I would need to know the following;
1. What type of rudder control horn are you using?
2. Where about is the pull-pull cable exit slots with respect to the leading edge of the stabilizer.

Sorry for the late reply. Just got done with 3 days of AMA Convention 2006 and things are finally back to normal here.
From your pictures I definitely recommend offset bellcrank and crossing the pull-pull cable. The fuse width at where the cable slots are is very narrow thus requiring you to cross the pull-pull cables. When rudder is deflected the offset in the bellcrank setup will take out most of the slack if not all from the non-pulling side of the cable pair.

Hey Extra1968, try this, mock the set up upside down on the fuse. Tape the tray ass. to the bottom of the fuse in the same place it will be in the fuse. Then make a block you can tape to the rudder so you can attach some temp. horns. Mock up some cables and now you can see the exit and experiment with the set up to get it right. Fiddle with the lenght of the horns and the position for and aft until the slop is min.
