i have the robart hinges on my 1/4 scale extra...
and due to excess vibration - i have two hinges that have wiggled a little loose...but i cant remove them all to to fix just two...BUT - those two could weaken the rest and eventually lead to a "fatal flutter" problem...
is there a quick fix for this - without having to remove them all and start over?

I would disconnect the linkage from the surface. Fully extend the surface and use a hypodermic syringe with a needle to inject some glue into the hinge pocket. Pacer maked hinge glue that has a small tip that should fit into the gap. As an added bit of insurance I would seal the hinge gap with either covering or 3m blenderm surgical tape. The pacer hinge glue works very well I have actually had hinges break at the pin before they came loose from the control surface.
