I don't really follow why you have the turngy esc in the picture? Anyway, I'd hook the lipo straight to the tme smoke pump.

is there a jumper for nicad or lipo in the ESC that needs switched? I ran into that once.

If I understand, you are using the ESC as a switch?

I believe the ESC connects to channel #3 to work correctly, however, please confirm this with others.

The pump you choose works very well, and can be activated by a simple on-off type switch with servo if you wish.
