Default Iron Bay Models

I contacted Iron Bay by e-mail middle of last week to order a 1/3 Cub manual. The next day I received a response from Anita and placed the order. Since than I have sent 2 requests but have yet to hear back, they also don't seem to answer thier phone. My question is has anyone had dealings with Iron Bay and are they on the level. I wouldn't be bothering if I hadn't given my CC# to them.

Thanks

Do a search of this site for Iron Bay and you will find your answer. Basically I think it boils down to the fact that the R/C model portion of Iron Bay is but a small side business and so it does not get priority attention. From what I have read you will get what you order eventually but it could be a very long wait.

Iron Bay is very lax in forwarding shipping information on your order,
usually they don't take your credit card info unless they are ready to ship
the items you order, but again things may have changed. I waited for
many months for confirmation that a cowl I ordered would be shipped,
only to finally cancel the order as I was able to repair the cracked
one I was wanting to replace. See post # 16 in the link below, might
put it all in perspective.

I ordered a Mustang cowl and canopy last year, and the whole process took 2 weeks from order to delivery.

rfrantz, How much was the manual for the 1/3 cub? I have one that is missing the cowl, front windshield and framework over the wing/fuse junction....do you have any pictures of those items?
