Hi Folks
I am trying to find out what the thread size is on the robart Variable rate Air controle valve needle valves. I over tightened one of them and have to get another valve . see link www.greathobbies.com/productinfo/

Just a couple of suggestions.
1. Have you tried inquiring of Robart?
2. Since straight threads are usually used, have you tried seeing if a small diamater socket head screw will fit in the hole? That would also give you the thread size.

I think i got it fixed . I cut the needle end down a little and threaded it in and got a lock nut to fit it and set it and tested it is working just fine now . And i found that it is 4/40 thread but it is very soft brass
