Pilot Edge 540v3
This is my 3rd Pilot Edge 540v3 78. Every one of them has had an up thrust on the engine firewall built in. If the wing is at 0 then the engine has an up thrust line of +1.5 and an elevator of -1.
My first plane I added shims to make it engine with a -1 thrust line and it flew fine.
The second plane I left with a +1.5 thrust line and had a catastrophic result. (Dont know what happened. Uncontrollable)
I am in the process of assembling the 3rd plane and dont know what I should be doing. It doesnt make sense to have a positive thrust line on the engine but why would Pilot build it that way?
