After 18 years I am resuming my 27% cessa twin turboprop project. I am so glad I have held on to everything all these years. The crazy thing is that this project got me into CNC machining which my business took off. I'll have some pictures soon. Hope everyone is doing well

i’m so excited to hear that you’re back doing the build. I followed it 18 years ago and you were doing such a stellar job. I will be following your build closely. Glad to hear you’re back doing your thing. Maybe you could post some videos on YouTube since YouTube didn’t exist 18 years ago.

Saul

So happy another giant scale RC builder/Pilot is getting back to the things that really matter! I'm sure you are aware we lost Wendell Hostetler 9-4-24. He was around my ENTIRE RC career and will live on through our planes for many, many decades.

Just about finished getting my new CNC Lathe installed. Once I get this done I am going to update my solid modeling software to finish the landing gear so I can proceed on building. Hope everyone is well. Sorry to hear about Wendell

never got a chance to meet him but I loved his plans!

I'm using retracts from electron but I am making my own trailing links and gear.

That’s a great idea. I have the exact plane so if you ever decide to make another set I’d love to buy a set.

I would be interested in a set as well if you were to make extras.
