I have a ARF World Models giant scale P-51. The model is reasonable quality, but I am dissapointed that the tailwheel assembly is not true to scale. The wheel is mounted to the rudder instead of the fuselage. Is there a kit or methodology to allow me to modify the fuselage to accept a tailwheel in the correct location? I realize that this is just balsa and ply and I can carve it up anyway I chose to accomplish this, but I am hoping that maybe someone else has already "been there and done that" on this model and has some tips and maybe even a suggestion on a kit that accomplishes this. Any information that can be provided is much appreciated.
