Well I'm thinking about ordering a DLE 111 from either a proseller here on Rc Universe for $615.00 plus 15.95 shipping from Maplewood MO. or from RC FAN for $570.00 and free shipping right from China.

RC-Fan has some super deals!! I just ordered a new Pistol 3ch Radio and a Motor and ESC combo from them for a very good price. I've also ordered a few other things from them in the past.

They have the MT 80cc engine for like $385.00, and its even less if you register with the site.

Hey T.J. good to here from ya I was going to buy one from Rc Fan88 off Ebay, once again T.J. thanks for the help I never gave it a thought about going directly to their Web sight. I checked it out today and purchased a DLE 111. If you sign in to their sight you get their lowest price. It cost Me only $473.00 plus 58.93 for shipping for a total of 531.93. I've been looking to buy one of these engines for about six months and this is the best price I,v seen yet. Now that I have the engine ordered its time to start ordering every thing else. I,m going to start with ordering the CF tubes from the places that Jed and Jim purchased them from be for this weekend is over yet. If anybody knows were you can get Hitec servos for the lowest prices please post it here.

Found it in the manual in one of the top corners... 25mm X 1080mm I think...

Thanks Zed My manual is still buried in the bottom of the box under all the plane parts. I have My engine ordered and I'm working on getting these tubes ordered and maybe I'll order my servos by the end of this week. I'm looking around to find the best price on the Hitec,s I plane on using. Did you get out this past weekend it rained here off and on all weekend so I didn't get a chance to fly any of my stuff.

Nah didn't get to fly the Sukhoi, I just repaired the hinges on the rudder today. Did get to fly my brother's H9 Cap. Also let a pretty well known pilot around here that does the R/C demos at the Wings over Houston Airshow fly the Cap and he said it was a pretty fun airplane... He got to wring it out and man, I can see now I need lots more practice!!! LOL!!! He had it doing a slow sinking torque roll while drifting downwind!!!

Up Date I just checked the tracking on my DLE111 and it looks like they received it in Chicago yesterday. I think it should be here in a couple of days.[sm=teeth_smile.gif][sm=thumbup.gif]

Picked up the DLE 111 today at the post office it took only one week & two days from RC FAN 88 [sm=thumbs_up.gif][sm=teeth_smile.gif][sm=biggrin.gif][sm=thumbup.gif] Not bad for only 531.93 total. Talked to Tom at TNT and got the CF tubes ordered to. Next on the list will be the Hitec 7955 TG servos. Probably from TBM can't seem to find them any cheaper any where. If I remember right they are like 89.00 each at TBM. If anybody knows where they might be cheaper on sale somewhere don't be shy just click on the reply and share it with all of us.

Talked to Tom from TNT today about the CF tubes he figures he will have some answers by the middle of next week. He submitted a order in the three sizes we need for these planes but he's not sure what the pricing will be yet. Blew some of my SukHoi funds about $260.00 worth at a swap meet / auction last Sunday on a couple of 40 size airplanes. Laurie liked them and talked me into bidding on them in the auction.

I should have ordered them from Chief a couple of months ago, they were running a special three pack to where they came out to just under $85.00 apiece. Right now TBM is at $87.00 and $109,00 for the 7950TG HV Thanks a lot for the input frequent flyer[sm=thumbup.gif]. If more pepole would take the time to post and help others out we would all benifit so much more from these threads. Thank you again. Terry

Thanks Zed one of these days I'll have to figure out why when I try to down load videos it keeps telling me that the file is not supported. I tried to contact Oliver a short while after he posted here to try to get more pointers from him but he neveranswered my messages. I sure would like to know where he got the fin's in his cowl and how he mounted them. Well its getting late so I'm off to bed. as soon as I talk to Tom from TNT I'll be posting the info. THANKS AGAIN Terry

Update on the carbon fiber tubes, I called TNT today, Tom was busy but I got some good info from Kathy. She looked on their order from the new supplier that they are tying out and they have all three size tubes that we need for these Nitro SukHoi's. They have the 25mmX1085, the 12mmX440, and the 12mmX330mm coming in a order that's supposed to be in right after the 1st of the year. I'm hoping that TBM would run a incentive like free shipping with over a $200.00 purchase or something to save a little money on buying 8 HS7955TG's Thanks for posting your vid Zed and nice flying. She sure looks like she fly;s a lot lighter than the 30 plus pound you say it is. The way it jumps off the ground so quickly on take off you would think that it has a low wing load for how heavy she is.

Merry Christmas ever one. Well I just purchased 16- HS5955TG servos, 18- SWB arm's and a Hitec programmer from a seller here on RCU. As soon as I get the two fold awaywork benches that Laurie bought for me a couple of months ago, set up against one of the walls in the back room in the basemen I'll start putting my SukHoi together. It will be a slow build for two reasons, one it will be my first Giant scale build, and two it doesn't get nice enough to fly up here in Wisconsin until late May so there is know hurry.

Well I received the servos I purchased yesterday. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I got $ 213.00 dollars worth of SWB arms. IfI would have bought them right from SWB they would have been, $10.00 apiece for8- 1.25 inch half arms = $80.00, $12.00 apiece for5- 1.5 inchhalf arms =$60.00, 3- 2.5 inch double arms at $11.00 = $33.00, and 2- offset 4 inch arms at $20.00 each = $40.00. I also got a Hitec HFP-10 digital programmer, and sixteen HitecHS-5955TG's, 15 used and one new in the box. All this for $1200.00 that gives me the 5955's for less than $61.00 each that's quite a bit less then what I usually see them go for. Sorry Jim but I have future plans for the extras. At first I did mention to Laurie about asking you if you would like to buy some of them but before you even inquired about buying the spares I had made up my mined to start looking for a couple of 50cc planes to use them in. I'm thinking about a 54 Yak from Cyclone and possibly their Extra 330. I'll be checking with TNT this week on the CF tubes. I was going to post some pic's of the DLE 111 and all the other gear I have so far but I couldn,t get the computer to down load my pics.
