I was wondering if anyone had info on the differance between the nitro rascal, and the elec version, ( other than elec./glow). I am deffinately going electric, but already have a power system. The rascal(electric) comes w/motor & esc, and is nearly $100 more. Would the nitro rascal be an e-conversion candidate, or is it not worth the hassle? I don't need any more can motors, that's for sure.

Haven't seen the little ones but the nitro may be a little heavier. I would save some money and get the glo version. Most companies have motor mounts available or you could make a box yourself.

thank's drksyd. My thoughts exactly, just wanted a second opinion. I also came across a thread on wattflyer where someone did just that, using an E-flight stick mount. (I love E-flight products)

Well I finished her up, it came out pretty nice. I chose not to use the stick mount, because the front former was square to the center line, instead I built a small plywood mount to use the built in thrust angles in the glow mount. I'll try to include pics (it didn't work last time)
