Have an OS 45 SF and the barrel is stuck but the throttle arm moves. I didn't know one would work independent of each other. How do I remove the arm/barrel? I removed the screw on top that I thought let the barrel slid out but it still won't move. I guess I just need to soak it in oil more to loosen up the fuel oil that's gummed it up? Thanks for any help.

Use a solvent (alcohol, glow fuel, etc) right on the throttle barrel. Then add a little heat from a heat gun if you have one. maybe a hair dryer will help. The arm that rotates the barrel is attached with a screw or press-on fitting. Once the barrel is freed up, the arm will work OK again.
