Let me say: UMS has really good customer care. I had the problem of a brocken backplate of an EVO160 after a crash. Mr Ramaraj from UMS (you will find the link to him in the history of this thread) was very helpful. I got my spare parts with no hasle for a reasonable price. Horizon was no help. No answers, incompetent people! Horizon is/was just trying to make money out of us.

Concerning the distribution of UMS engines in Germany/Europe by Tomahawk Aviation: I asked them about the availability of these engines and they told me, that they are never on stock and just ordered on demand. Time to delivery will be 3-4 weeks. So: bummer! You can buy directly from India!

Push rods
Well I just maidened my new ziroli Corsair and one of the pushrods fell out so I put another rod and cam follower in it and adjusted it, took it out a couple days later the one stayed in but two more push rods fell out on other cylinders so I spent 4 hours adjusting the push rods at .004 all the way around ready to try for the 3rd test flight also checked all the compression on each cylinder and got between 120 and 125 on a couple of them and over a hundred forty on the rest of them also switch props went from a 26x10 2 Blade at 4950 RPMs to a 25x10 3 blade turning 4200 to 4300 RPMs wanted to bring the RPMs down to keep the RPM's down in a dive so it wouldn't float the pushrods. Hopefully that combination will work

Steve, I sent you a PM. I am now seeing that all private reply's are not sending! Great. Well anyway sorry about not seeing your message. The larger prop is my first idea like you did. Make sure the gap on the tappets is for the highest cam due to the not perfect concentricity of the cam ring. Also I have settled on 10% oil in my fuel. Oil those valve stems!
