Got a question people. Just purchased a Tower Hobbies .46 Pro. I am curious how long I need to run for break-in? I've run a tank full of fuel thru it. And it is running great. Any input is welcome.

If your question is "how long will this engine take to be 100% broken in?" I have no real idea. But, I can tell you I've gotten a good friend into the hobby and he purchased one for his superstar 40. I ran one tank of fuel through it following instructions provided. I refueled and flew it for 10min...not a single glitch. Got one more flight in before the day ran short for my buddy.
If it sounds good, will spool up fine and idle acceptably...go fly. Best way to breakin a reasonably running engine is to fly it. Course that's just my opinion. I can only stand watching an engine burning fuel for so long.
Have fun with it...puts out a whole lot of power for its size. equivalent to FX or TT to be sure on top end.

Generally speaking an engine is broken in enough to fly when after X # of tanks through it it holds a steady RPM at various throttle settings.
Sorry, I forgot to add the part about transitioning well.

Thanks for your input. Looks like I will be taking it to the field and fly'n. It runs great at all throttle settings, and has good transition to and from full throttle. Looks like that one tank of fuel did the trick then.
