Default make of this glow plug?

Hello all. I recently bought some merchandise from a long time rc pilot that recently passed away. On of the things I received is this glow plug. Can anyone identify this? I know the center post on glow plugs can be unique. Now, I wouldn't be asking this for just one plug, I would just throw it away, but I received about 38 of these and would like to know what I'm dealing with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks oh, also, there arent any markings on the plugs

It's a Rossi plug.

The size of the recess in the plug and the wire diameter will give you a good indication of its heat range. Smaller wire diameter and larger recess means a hot plug and conversely small recess and larger wire diameter usually indicate a colder plug. A picture of the bottom of the plug will help determine its heat range albeit not precisely.

Ok, here are a few pics. I hope this helps. Jeffie, its not about putting it in an engine and trying it, I have 38 of these and would like to get rid of some, or all depending on the heat range.

Looks like a medium-medium/hot plug to me. The recess isn't huge but it isn't real tight to the coil either. Would probably work fine with 5-15% nitro I'm sure.

R2 or R3 'hot' plug.

Rossi are high quality. Your plug looks in good shape. If I had it I would be using it.

As the old saying goes, this ain't gonna help nun, but I have a nearly identical plug with perhaps a longer post. It came with a HB .61 that I sold a while back.

Hobbsy - that plug looks very similar to the plugs that came in two of my Italian Super Tigres I got NIB. The plugs I have didn't run very well in my ST engines on 5% fuel. I've not had any other plugs with posts that long.

It could very well be that. Also, I mis-spoke above it was an HP .61 and 1.20 that I had. I guess it will remain a mystery plug.

well, i did compare these to rossi plugs, and length of post to length of plug, the way the element is wound all match up. i also put one in my K&B .61 and it worked well. it also worked in my evolution 61.
