YS 120SF engine question
Hello!
Back to flying RC planes after a while, and glad to find that my account still exist on RCU after so long!
I have some very old, but still like new (One brand new and the other one not fully broken-in) YS120SF engines. I have a few questions about those...
Seems like the diaphragms are discontinued for this model. Is there anything currently availlable that can be used as a replacement?
Can the DUBRO 688 engine mount be used with these engines? Actually, is a soft mount mandatory for this engine? I know it was mandatory for my old 140L, but what about the 120SF?
What is the thread of the prop shaft? What would be a compatible safety nut assembly that I could use with these engines?
Planning on using an APC 17x6 prop on 20% Nitro. Sounds good? Moslty for 3D, not speed.
Thank you!
