I took apart the carb on a tt pro 36 and I am unsure about reinstalling one of the parts. The piece pictured below has a hole passing through it. Does the hole need to line up with anything?

Crash90,
The part in the pic appears to be the spray bar assembly (spray bar and o-rings). The hole probably doesn't necessarily need to be aligned with anything although I would install it so the hole lines up with the fuel nipple on the back of the carb body.
I hope this helps.

Crash90,
On my TT PRO 61 the flange (on the left side of the spray bar assembly in your picture) is not perfectly round. It has a straight edge for part of the flange. The carb body casting also has a straight edge to polarize the spray bar when installed. You will notice it when you install the spray bar in the carb body. A slight pressure will seat the spray bar assembly as you rotate the spray bar assembly in the carb.
