Hello, I need some help on the low end needle adjustment setting and where is a good place to start? The motor is an os max .25! Any help would be greatfull thanks!!!

You should get it started if you adjust the air bleed screw to cover half the hole.
If it sounds rough and quits idling after a while, turn the screw out 1/4 of a turn and try again until it idles well. If it dies when you hit the throttle, turn the screw in 1/4 of a turn.
I don't have experience with old engines like the Max .25, but this method works well with LAs and FPs, and their carburettors are similar. Hope it helps.
