Default Engine pump beguiners Question

Just a fast and easy question I am installing a TT120Pro engine with pump, the engine has a pitts bisson mufler with the mufler pressure exit, should I connect the pressure exit to the tank or not?
Thanks
Norberto

Norberto:

No.

The tank needs a vent though. Either leave the muffler port open or cap it, doesn't matter.

I have two of these engines, both with Perry P-30 pumps. Bill is right. Just vent the tank to the outside of the fuselage and use no muffler pressure.
