Default Engine Transition Stall

I had a .52 Vmax 2 stroke on my LT-40 a while back and whenever i throttled up really fast right before takeoff the engine would stutter a bit and stall, but would not if i throttled up slowly.

In the air i never had any engine failure problems.

Anyone know why this is?

You may be a little rich on the low end, and while idling before take off it loads up a bit. Try leaning the low end (close the needle) ever so slightly until you get a smooth transition. Good luck!
