Default HEAD FOR ST-3000

I am looking for a new head or a used one in good condition as mine is leaking around the brass insert for the glow plug. If anybody knows where I can find one please let me know. Thanks

You might try cleaning it as good as possible, then using some thin green loctite on it. you have a better than fair chance that it will seal. The loctite is good for about 350 deg. and the brass should cause it to set up. Good luck. Also after you give it the treatment be sure to clean off all the excess loctite, (after letting it cure or removing the glow plug might become more difficult).

If the LockTite solution doesn't work, try contacting Mike Wilshire of Tigre Engines, (13 Smith Street, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD1 8OWE, ENGLAND. Tel. 01923 225233 fax 01923 218840). He has a repair service for Tigre Engines and has probably forgot more about Super Tigre Engines then the rest of the world will ever know.
