Default Engine Info Needed

I just bought a engine at a auction & that's all I got . It is a OPS 4 stroke over head cam 2 valve hemi head that is timing belt driven off the rear of the crankshaft . Looks to be a 1.20 & weighs 2 lbs 5 oz. Guess they were made in Italy. Any one have any info. on this critter ? Thanks , MAX H.

I have one and I'll have to dig out my instructions. It is a 120 and was made in Italy, they made two versions, a two valve which we have and a 120 SP with four valves. It's not as heavy as its bulky size would indicate. It's a very smooth engine.

A belt can probably be ordered from a power transmision distributor who has V-belts ect. Your belt may even have the necessary number on it. If not, you should be able to measure it. The number you are looking for looks somthing like 60XL025. That number denotes a belt 6 inches long in circumference by .025 width and a tooth pitch of 5 teeth per inch. Good luck

Thanks Smedsky, Right now I don't want to take it apart to look for #'s or length . It looks like it is OK ,just thought a spare would be a good idea . MAX H.
