[b]Stripes:
Sorry, I suppose I should have gone into a little more detail.
I used up my supply of Nalcool 2000 several years ago, using it in my personal cars. When I tried to get more I found it has been taken off the market. Blame it on the Eco-Nazis.
Attempts to get its formulation from Nalco have not been successful.
Bill.

So lets get some Nalcool and cook something in it and find out.

John, I have been using a product I had for years...Am now down to the last few drops.. guess I am another candidate for anti freeze.. can't find a source for it now though... It is High-Tech Perfect engine cleaner Part no. CHE 180.
Unless someone knows the source for the CHE 180..

Diablo-RCU: We used to use that at the lab where I work, I will try it on that exhaust that I posted earlier. We call it Dichloromethane, the paint strippers use it to remove paint from old furniture. Something you should be aware of is that if you expose methylene chloride to hot surfaces or an open flame it can produce phosgene do a google searh for it, nasty stuff.
