Default Correct setup to Saito FA325R5?

Hello

I have one problem with my Saito. I´m not sure what causes that some of cylinders dies. Cylinders fires again when i touch plug with glow wire. I think that i have correct mixture or (almost correct), i turn needle so that engine turns 20x10 Master at 6500rpm and then richen mixture that engine drops 300rpm. However one thing that i wonder is needle i need to turn it over 4.5 turns open that i get condition that i told above. Four and half turn is quite much i think. I tried to adjust mixture leaner but engine just loose rpm so i afraid that i turn engine too lean and turned mixture rich again.

I use Wildcat Helimix fuel with 10% nitro. There is 18% Klotz oil. I have Saito Plugs, do i need use some other pugs to front and others r
rear?

My engine is new only one gallon wildcat run trough, so i believe this may also causes problem.

What i should to do? If you have advise to me please tell it.

Here is video how engine runs if it helps something. on full throttle smoke comes a lot.Sorry big video, about 20MB

It is not uncommon for multiple cylinder engines to want to loose a cylinder when still new.

You don't say anything about the low speed mixture, what have you done with the low speed?

You may want to use a hotter plug in the front positions?

It sure sounds "OK" in the video

Thanks for advice. I think that i have been adjust low speed quite correct. Engine runs on idle 1500rpm without glow wires and it accelerates way good.

Next what i try is little hotter plugs on front.

I hope that this problem settle down when i use engine bit more on stand.
