If you think you have a better running engine. I would like to hear about it. I will put mine against any modern glow engine you can come up with. How many glow engines can you run 10 gallons through them and never dead stick.

Your low end is just a little too rich. About a 1/8 turn should take care of that. Prove it to yourself and pinch or pull off fuel line . I'll bet it will idle for awhile. Most front bearings leak air a little . Too good of a seal would create too much heat and friction. The air is passing over a puddle of fuel inside of engine. I do this before jacking with other carbs.
