Dave, I've got a couple of the H-80's and they work real well. They use the OS 704 strap on muffler. The carburetor is an airbleed type and pretty simple to operate. Use fuel with castor oil and they will last forever. Try a hot glow plug, they idle down real well.

They make great engines for big trainer type models like the Senior Telemaster.
Mine are easy to start/run. One of the neat things about the rear carb version is you can remove the four screws that hold the front case/crank assemby and oil the bearings and plug it back in without having to remove the engine from your model.

I've only used the twin plug H80 but the carb setup is the same as the H60. A couple of neat points about it is that if you invert the engine then you can uninvert (is there such a word?? ) the carb by undoing the 2 screws and turning it 180 degrees so it points upwards. Much easier than having to try to lower the tank. The drum valve inside has 2 slots in it to get the drive from the crankpin. One slot has an R marked on it for reverse rotation. Mine runs perfectly on true FAI fuel (20% castor) and gives one flick starts. A very nice engine for its age.
