Acquired a Rossi 40 rear exhaust crank case. On the side of the case is the word Morris. I have been looking for a sleeve and piston for this case with no luck. As I stated this is a rear exhaust front intake case. The piston sleeve aligning pin is on the right side of the case. Anyone have any info regarding this case and where parts can be found?? Thanks for any assistance. Dave

Been there. The sleeve that they sell fits side exhaust. The sleeve positioning notch is above the exhaust port which would position the port to the side and not to the back where I need it.

That might work for the sleeve (depends on ports) but the piston skirt cutouts could be a problem as well as the wrist pin if it's hollow.
