Default 40fs engine ,but only 52fs

Hi,

I have a plan infront of me,and the engine size recommended is a 40 four stroke,i dont have one,but i do have a brand new 52 four stroke, on the bench
Question, can i use this larger engine, and go easy on the throttle,or would you suggest i should purchase the 40 four stroke?,or go for a two stroke 30-35ish.

Thanks inadvance

I would just use the bigger one. Just beef up the firewall and add triangle stock and epoxy. You would want to do it for any 4 stroke engine anyways, because of thier higher torque and the more vibration they produce at lower rpms.
