Default Muffler

I have a hobbico muffler on my os 32sxh. I noticed yesterday afternoon that it started running lean. I also noticed that on the muffler there is a hole on the bottom that is threaded but there is no screw in there. Is there supposed to be a screw in there? The hole is located directly underneath the pressure line for the fuel.

I appreciate your help.

In the instructions for my muffler it is said that one hole is used for pressure line while another should be closed with a screw (comes with the muffler).
Having two wholes allows muffler to be installed on both sides of the plane/heli.

cheers,
