TF P-40E servo setup
I'm building a TF P-40E and I'm putting in servo's in each wing for the ailerons and flaps. Does anyone have a good way to mount the aileron servos in each wing or should I just copy the flap servo setup?

RE: TF P-40E servo setup
If you use separate servos for the ailerons, mount them just like the flap servos. It will work very well. We'd suggest that you make a paper tube for the wires. It makes it very easy when you have to remove the servos at a later date. Just roll up a 3/8" or so tube out of a few layers of copier paper. Roll them around a dowel and use white glue (such as Elmer's) to stick the layers down. Spread it with a brush. When the glue dries, you'll have a good tube. Cut holes in the ribs to accomodate the tubes and glue the tubes to the ribs. Works like a charm!
