Great Planes CAP 232 .40 Engine?
According to the manual a pitts muffler will give the best appearance but do I have to buy a pitts style muffler? Is it possible to use the stock muffler from say a Super Tiger G51 or OS 46 AX (my engine choices, I have both). I don't mind how it will look i'm ok with cutting the cowl.
Any suggestions for mounting 2 aileron servos will be much appreciated.
Thanks

You can use any muffler you desire. Some will require that you trim the cowl a lot, and possibly some of the firewall and fuselage behind it so that you can install it.
For dual aileron servos, you'd just make mounts in the wing at about 1/2 of the aileron span. Roll some notebook paper into tubes so that you can route the servo leads without them chafing against the wing ribs. We use a small dowel, and then glue the tubes with some regular carpenter's glue.
