Default GP Cap 232 .40 size wing build question

The instructions states that a piece of 3/32" leftover balsa have to be placed under the spar past the location of rib R-10 (Pag. 12), is this gap interfering with the normal height of all ribs that have to remain in contact with the plans at all times?

Just follow what the instructions say. That small piece of 3/32" sheet under the spar is to give allowance for the sheeting that will go on. It will all work out correctly.
