Is it just me, or is it normal that i have to sand down the ends of the blades on the Axe Ez whenever i replace them. It seems that whenever i put new blades on, or even blade grips...they tend to bind when i move them left or right. Is this an issue, or does it not matter? When i replace the blades, i tighten the screw all the way, then back it off until the blades move....i swear that everytime i replace the blades, they move decent until about 30 degrees then bind.

Because of the way the blade grips are made, a set of OEM blades will not move 180 degrees when mounted. You can move them one way, 90 degrees but when you move them the other way the root of the blade hits the hex head 3x6mm screw that secrues the blade grip to the feathering shaft.

So, it is not just you.
