Default AXE CP wiring question, ESC programming???

I had to buy an e-board because mine fried out. Failed to take a good luck at the wiring can someone snap me a picture and post it so I can see how the wires go? at least the gyro wire, and is there a procedure for setting the throttle points or anything on this board?

I plugged it the way I thought it all went, the only question I had was the gyro but it seems to be working ok. The problem is that I can't get the heli to throttle the way it should. It will not come on sometimes and then others it will jump on go to like 3/4 and then be stuck there. Its not the idle up switch, it runs the same way in both modes.

I never removed the top two servo leads, the other two I am concerned about. Someone snap me a pic or gimme some info plz
