While i was hovering, my Axe CP took off on its own crashed into wall and ceiling and did a lot of damage. It acted like the idle up switch was on. My question is would the frequency of a police scanner cause it to go crazy? It was hovering really good then took off on its own. Don't know why. Any suggestions?

Phil,
Same thing happened to mine, but I wasn't even off the ground when it took off on me. My Tx was about 5 feet away from and and my heli. I sent my heli into heli services since it's still under warranty. Unfortunately they didn't tell me what was wrong and just sent out a new AXE CP, which had problems of its own. I'm going on a little over a month without my heli. Hope you're able to get your bird up in the air soon.

hmmmmmm, I'm thinking pilot error!!!

just kiddin' guys..
by the way, it won't be the police scanner or the transmission to that frequency, they have their own frequencies.. you probably can't buy anything that would transmit on that frequency, with that said, you will not be receiving those signals with your typical FM receiver.. see what I'm saying?

your right it s not the scanner. i just try to plug in the batt s to the axe and it s taking off by itself. as for the receiver there s no batt s in it.
